Some are here in Brazil, mainly it's because here you only can have a legal weapon if you are from the police and such or have a "Collector, Sport Shooter or Hunter" license. It's cheaper to pay for a shoot course and use their gun than to buy yours legally or even illegally.

Obviously there are different ways to kill yourself, but would this be the easiest, quickest and painless perhaps?
