Yeah pretty much just standing where you’re not supposed to be, not looking up, not paying attention, you can even get hurt by running slipping and falling 😂
That’s why the number one rule out there is don’t put your hands where you wouldn’t put your dick! Or one that a lot of people know “don’t stand between a rock and a hard place”
But you either get hurt by human error, somebody just being a piece of shit and not paying attention while running machinery or mechanical error. something that’s just old or broken that falls apart and you happen to be the guy standing there while this rig falls apart.

In the videos you see when everything is falling and hits the ground and it just fucks everything up that’s called a “Kelly” that’s when the brakes go out on the Kelly and there’s nothing stopping it, that’s going to hit the ground no matter what! so that’s why you see all those dudes just get the fuck out of there cause there’s nothing you can do besides save your own ass.
