You know how terrifying it’d be to feel an elevator just b-line it to the top floor after stepping in, moving multiple floors a second??? Like fucking Charlie and the chocolate factory…. I think the most terrifying thought would be the fact that it’s broken and I’m only getting higher up. Shit looked like a nightmare visualized.

I dream about elevators all the time. Before I started practicing even, I found the devil at the top of a building, but we had first tried the elevator. The walls were covered in shit and blood, because two children had been trapped inside, and eaten each other to death. So, we took the stairs. Anyway, found the devil at the top. Accidentally fucked him, to save my friend. But he revealed afterwards that not only had my friend betrayed me, but he knew what I was doing, so it was hardly a distraction. He saw right through me, let my friend leave, and allowed me to have sex with him. Then, he released me unharmed; except, suddenly, there was a giant spider on my back, and I went blind. An elderly couple had to tell me what was going on, because I could no longer see whatsoever.

Bit of a tangent there, but the point is I have nightmares about broken elevators pretty frequently.

One of them last year proved to be prophetic. Elevators in dreams often represent choices, broken elevators... being trapped? I just hope that none of them causes me serious harm in the waking world!
