Nair for Sensitive Areas, but be warned it'll burn.
Elsewise laugh all you want but womens' shaving cream is much more mousse-like and works really well, why else do you think they use it to shave their whole body?
Source: have done both, prefer the latter.
Also, good bit of advice, don't forget to exfoliate with a wash cloth or exfoliating gloves before you shave, and moisturize the area after you are done. Doing both with help reduce the chances of any hairs becoming ingrown and help repair the skin and make things more comfortable under the belt.
