Sadly not close to the end probably - From my understanding he would most likely be using the dark web which is largely impossible to ID or block users - the server hosts and relays get busted quite often but my point was he could easily just create a new account and to the WPD server it would look like a completely new IP.
I might be wrong though that's just my understanding, i've never heard of anyone being caught from the dark web unless they tried to buy something illegal from a sting or actually hosted something illegal.

I'm guessing he is using tor - any time i've read news about child porn websites being nuked it was always on the dark web.
And that's good really I don't like banning people BUT if he was persistently uploading disgusting content like that I think an exception would be appropriate, just hope the mods have passed any relevant information onto an authority.. Chances are it would accomplish nothing but if they could ID and investigate him you'd potentially be saving future children from being abused, worth the effort IMO.
