So, i sh but i don't wanna kill myself or anything it just feels really good for me. like in a sexual kinda way. I was wondering if anyone could relate or have some answers for me because im hella confused.

Idk about sexual stuff with SH, but I do know a little about why it feels "good" in the moment I think.

Self harm releases dopamine and other feel-better chemicals as a response to the pain. Additionally, if you did it as a result of emotional pain it makes that feel better because of how emotional and physical pain are linked in your head.

Part of why SH addictions escalate is because of how much more it takes to get the same feel good chemicals, like any other addiction, so uh. Try not to indulge that, m'kay?
