- A young girl is filming her dad swimming in a lake. When he tries to get back out, he suffers some sort of health problem and ends up drowning. Damn. This is sad. But to prevent this from happening, try to lay on your back as if you were sleeping facing the roof if you ever get into a similiar situation

Yes. Especially if the water pulls you out from the shore - let it. Most likely, you're going to get pulled out a bit into the ocean, but end up where the current aren't as strong. It's easier to swim a bit further to get back to the shore than to try to fight the current.
