I rewatched just to look at the time at the top left. This piece of shit noticed the kid at the bottom at 14:22 and didnt pull him up until after 14:28. Fucking over 6 minutes of just looking down at him. What the fuck was he thinking?

I saw this on a different post (also not. weirdly sped up like this) and it just baffles me the amount of time the child was just being stared at and nothing happened. I've seen other videos all over the damn world where a kid is blatantly drowning and someone is watching.

Most of the time, I can understand when no one notices a drowning victim, drowning is silent.

But it's a little different when someone is standing 2 inches away looking down at an unmoving body. What do u think is going on dumbass. That the kid learned how to breathe water? A kid who's going to win the world record at holding their breath? A life-like doll a prankster put in the pool?
