They're not. I've been to India...not that particular part but around the south part... But it rains heavily and it's probably their only way to get anywhere. The flooding is bad, usually police around to to tell people not to do this, but places slip thru the cracks. Them bouncing around is probably cause they know it will break.

I'm going to be annoying and comment this again...the main...safe...roads were probably flooded. This probably was the their only way home, flooding is happens a lot during rainy season. Them making it look like it's a game is just them trying to get across as quickly and safely as possible. As much as people want to blame the people I guarantee they wouldn't have taken this way if they didn't have a choice.

No, I'm not so sure they did. Those areas when they flood hard to get around this may have been their only way back dude roads and streets flooding. They are just trying to get across as safely and quickly due to the fact it is dangerous.
