They were murdered. I hope they don't have any other siblings. I also hope the parents are charged and banned from having any other kids. I feel so bad they are dead; their lives didn't even start.

Do you think these children are old enough to understand that water equals drowning? They don't even look old enough to go to school. As a parent, it's your duty to protect your kids and look after them. Don't have kids if you aren't willing to do everything in your power to make sure they are safe and alive. They are innocent and can't protect themselves at this age. Negligence is murder, especially with someone this young. What good parent has a pool with no gate and a door leading out to it that anyone can access? It could have been prevented so easily but they chose not to so in my eyes that is murder.

Murder by definition has to be premeditated, this is just negligence (of the highest order) and the caregivers should be charged with negligence.
