Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

They didn't get him out of the water until it was dark outside. If the time on the cctv camera is correct it was 1:38 PM when he drowned.
