Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

According to multiple sources, the guy is a photographer for the show that fell into the water and nobody noticed (or cared?) due to the loud music and lights that were going on during the show. it happened Deniz Mall, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Everyone in comments saying “don’t any of them know to swim” have NO idea how dangerous it is to help someone who is currently drowning. Getting in as well would most likely end up in not one, but two dead bodies. If you do not have the right equipment to help (ex. A boat, life ring to pull them in, long object to have them grab onto) there pretty much isn’t a whole lot you can do.
