Is it so hard not to drown? I mean, you just have to move your hands and your foot like dogs do when they are in the water, right? That's how I was taught on swimming lessons. But I don't judge them, since I have never been swum in deep water, so I don't know how I would act.

That what i think but honestly as a kid i remember going in the deep end of the pool losing my footing and i panicked so hard i just forgot all key survival tips and flail my arms around which causes you to sink further so in the end its really preventable but i think in the state of panic i can see how this could happen especially when the bottom of the pond is mud and not like a pool where you can jump back up above water for a breath
