Im not sure but it could be fake.... the camera is set up in a way where she could have gotten out of the pool without the camera seeing it.... i coukd understand if she had a seizure, hit her head or someother medical issue, but you can here her yelling so she wasn't unconscious... the only thing I can think of if it is real is that she had a really bad cramp in her legs so she couldn't stand up but apart from that I don't see how she could go drown
