Whether someone just didn't know how to swim or was held underwater or something else, if their lungs filled with water (or perhaps some other liquid) and could no longer breathe, here is where it should be.

So ignorant to jump in to save that boy when you can't swim, if you can't swim then you can't save the boy! All 3 would die. Sadly the 2 cops passed .. ridiculous smh

So ignorant of you to BELIEVE the title of a video that is a lie. They all survived:
https://www.ts.cn/xwzx/shxw/202207/t20220710_7901773.shtml
And it's NOT about being able to swim in that situation. Any person would have a hard time.

Your reply is kind of harsh don't you think? Calling me ignorant... not once did i say i believe the title.. And i said they could die also it looked like they was drowning to me before the video shut off.. the person that put the video said what they said, so i went by that all the fuck you had to do was post your little article for me to read what happened, and keep it moving... its easy to be nice, so try it sometime😊 :)

Sorry, I'm grumpy, but you don't know whether the rescuers could swim or not - and that whirlpool would be hard for even good swimmers to survive, and, strangely enough, the way to get out of one of those type of whirlpools is to actually stop trying to stay afloat, and let the water take you down and through the section that keeps going over and over - and could you please try using sentences. Periods. Paragraphs.

I thought i was using sentences, and periods🤔 lol . I agree it's impossible at the end, that whirl pool is no joke .

That whirlpool was a killer. Most people don't realize that fighting to stay afloat keeps you stuck in the whirlpool, and the way out of it is to allow the water to take you down to the part of the flow that is going out of that eddy. It's counterintuitive, but when stuck in something like that - dive down into the water so you get spit out by the flow that keeps going past the rough water.

I donf think its a case of not being able to swim. The current looks pretty rough, and its moving at quite some speed. The likelihood is they over-estimated their abilities. I think even the best of swimmers may struggle against a canal with currents that aggressive.

I get where your coming from. I know it doesnt look too aggresive, but water can be deceptive. Its also possible that the aurface of the canal was slippery, making it hard for them to be able to successfully stand back up. It's a bit of a shame like. Over here in the UK, canals are nowhere near as fast as that, and they all have to have some form of safety nearby, such as life rings. As soon as they hit the current though at the end of the video, there was nothing anyone could have done like. At that point, they were completely screwed.

Ya the end was impossible. I think I'm under estimating water.
