I think even more than knocked unconscious - but at the very minimum, he was deep under water and had nothing to breath but shitty water.

Biffed the yes or no decision to jump in the first place, too. Maybe he underestimated how high he was (?) - it's about 2 seconds of free fall there so that's somewhere in the neighborhood of 65 feet and moving at around 44 mph when he hit the water. Ouch. Does anyone know or recognize this bridge ?
