the electrician who worked on the fridge prior didn't ground all the parts of it properly, so when she touched the part of the fridge that is normally insulated to prevent things like this from happening, the current ran through her body, electrocuting her with however much power the outlet is producing.

That sucks. Looks like she's doing that thing kids like to do when they're playing around and just having fun. Although, she did hold that pose for what was an uncomfortably long time.
