I think the wire is on the left wall, and it’s what appears to be that crack/split in the wall. Looks like it’s coming from underground, up to wherever it needs to go. Or conversely, Is a wire that drops down and rides that corner between the floor and the wall until it reaches its desired load. Really unfortunate and janky scenario.
