She touched the freezer in two places that allowed the electrical charge to pass through her body from one place in the freezer to another.

When lots of electricity goes through your body, it causes your muscles to freeze up. You see that again and again in electrocutions.

The man grabbed the same spot after with no electrocution. My only observation was you can see her step on the metal frame and grab the metal rail and must have completed the circuit. The man that touched it after was grounded by the ground and probably rubber soled shoes. Poor girl.

She was also barefoot which helped her complete the circuit. I hate shoes but shoes probably would have saved her.
