So sad, I believe I saw her eyes more after she fell for a second or two, but I'm not sure as the camera is rly lq, is there any more information on what happened?

I'm going to guess a wire got frayed and made contact with some part. She being barefoot, her foot probably touched a live part and her hand touched a grounded part. Reminds me of an old fridge I have. I have a wand thing that lights up and buzzes if it's near something electrified. Well, I found out the fridge case, all metal, was electrified. The scary but is right next to it was a metal microwave with a grounded shell. It could have ended badly. Those wands are cheap and great at what they do.
