I was 8 when I got electrocuted when I secretly smuggled a spare car lamp from my dad's garage and it had a metal frame and I plugged the two wires into a socket and switched on, it felt like someone took a giant hammer and tried to break my spine in one hit, it hurt like hell, I remember waking up on couch. As a 10 or 12 yr old i went on a family outing to the wildlife reserve / zoo.
Thought it would be a good idea to slip under the outside wooden fence and grab a hold of the inner electric fence for the Water buffalo enclosure - all i remember is a massive loud crack and snapping backwards in a reverse somersault/ backflip landing on my ass - immediately decided i will never ever do the again.

The human body is conductive, like metal, for example, get a group of people holding hands, the last one grabs an electric fence with low wattage, the electricity flows through the entire line of people. The whole truck bed these people were sitting on was metal, so the electricity went right into everyone, first through the dumbass who grabbed the wire, into the metal truck, and into everyone on it. It wouldn't affect anyone who wasn't sitting on the truck, because of the fact it has rubber tires, and rubber isn't conductive.
