Okay, so here is what I think the video is and why the woman in the second cut does not resemble the 1st one. The naked woman walking towards the camera is actually a chinese woman in China (maybe?). The second one is actually in the Philippines. I know this for a fact because I can hear the people talking in the background speaking in my mother tongue.
