I think you've got this the wrong way round. Tanks marked with V are Russian designated tanks and the guy shown in the picture appears to be Chechen by the beard. Chechen units are known to have been fighting for Russia against the Azov battalion for example and are well known for their brutality.
Any evidence to confirm your story?

I don't have evidence as of a written source. But the third dead soldier is wearing the typical russian undershirt. Also they all wear white armbands, which is as far as i know also a russian signage.
By the end at 1:55 the cameraman hugs another one, that dude has a UA flag on his arm.
The helmet next to the soldier that is getting shot appears to me like a tanker helmet and not a regular infanty one.
My guess is, that the dead are the tanker crew, probably ambushed and killed.
