I don't remember what show it was, either "Most Shocking" or "World's Wildest Police Videos" but i remember theres a longer clip. Supposedly it was a domestic disturbance where a guy had caused a gas leak as a trap. Video shows people running out from the building and narrator says nobody died.

I'd take that with a grain of salt, as they also showed footage of Omayra Sánchez with the narration "The youngster will be all right, but many others have died"
