Window stayed open all the time this same, I'm pretty sure it was open to right side of her, inside of the staircase. There's info she was threatening about committing suicide many times

There's an ongoing investigation from Article 151 (on leading another person to suicide attempt, either by convincing or by direct help; sentence it's 3 months to 5 years). I don't know how to say it correctly, but that's just because the event itself, no charges were brought.
