This dude is no acrobat and he decided to flip over the railing in the most awkward way possible. When he tries to shift arms, he drops his phone while upside down looking straight down. For some reason, he lets his legs swing down (oh yeah because he had a bad grip) and the extra weight counterbalances him off to be stored in the cloud.
He probably got thrown off with dropping his phone then panicked in his predicament. If he had set the phone on the bridge so he could grab it when he was on the other side… he'd still fuck up by going backwards and upside down thousands of feet in the air.
