I remember this. You can see his arm strength slowly fading with each passing moment. It's absolutely terrifying to imagine yourself in his shoes.

It's worth noting he didn't plunge down the entire length of the building to the streets, but instead landed onto a rooftop terrace 45 feet below. So he fell about 4 stories. If he fell differently, or if something impeded his fall, there was actually a realistic chance of surviving that.
