this was Orlando Free Fall ride and this ride hasn't even been open for a year yet already killed 2 people, tyre sampson (in video) and unnamed staff
the weight limit was 286 for the ride but he was 383 pounds, this caused an uproar about whos fault it was, the people who let him on, or him for going on in the first place
important detail i forgot: his harness wasnt closed and the sensor preventing the ride from going without all harnesses properly closed was manipulated to allow bigger riders on
