Weird. Like why would you even hold a small child out an open window in this way. Even if she did accidently slip, should never of held her out if a window. I feel there is more to this.

Was she autistic and they couldn't afford medical bills? Was the grandad scitzo?

Weirdly, on researching this, the info is proving hard to find. At the time of reading, it was stated that these creepy pics of pre pubescent children in creepy and sexual poses were kept in the safe, with some examples shown. I'm not able to find the article anymore but on other articles it's now saying that the pictures were found in books that Jackson had throughout his house as opposed to privately kept pictures he hid in a safe. Which are two slightly different things.

It's all a bit suspect and I am not able to find details of what he actually kept in his safe.

I get he's worth a lot of money and his "estate" still makes a fortune, so there are vested interests to keep this stuff hidden. On the other side, it may have been a deliberate hit job on him at the time (for whatever reason), with misleading articles written in the papers etc to paint a picture that wasn't quite accurate. Bored researching it at this stage, but at the very least dude was a creepy motherfucker.

Sounds like like they were trying to swindle the cruise ship company. They immediately sued the cruise ship company and tried claiming there was no way of knowing if the window was open or not. Cruise company released the security cam footage painting a very different picture.

Yeh my thoughts too. Must have hated the child though if it was deliberate, poor little one.

Killing babies and falsely suing people for it is a pretty deranged way of living. Go rob a bank or something like a normal person

I don’t know about the Grandpa, but I really don’t think this was an intentional act on the parents’ part. They were distraught over this, them trying to sue was probably misguided anger and grief at their baby’s death and the fact the Grandpa was being taken through the courts (deservedly). IDK they just seemed sincerely devastated to me

Personally I think he was just a complete idiot trying to have fun with his grandaughter that made a completely stupid judgement call. Then tried to make some money (and dodge blame) after the fact.
