Looked like he was trying to just step off like it was only 2 feet off the ground... Would have been interesting to see what would have happened if his jacket didn't get snagged....

Right? Surely you would at least like, hold the barrier bars until youβre dangling at the bottom, THEN let go. Or just try land on the small elevated parts to either side. Why was this the only option he thought of to get out of the apartment??
