Their life expectancy is lower because their suicide rates are higher. While women suicide attempts are higher.

Men are more successful at offing themselves than women who choose methods that are less than likely to cause death.

Both men and women do stupid shit. You just hear about men more because they're more agile and flashy.

Suicide isnt enough to make up the age disparity between men and women. There are a lot of factors really - but one of them is that men do stupid shit on a far more frequent basis.
