In Saratov, a 31-year-old man tried to escape from rescuers, climbing from roof to roof over power lines, but fell and died.
Eyewitnesses noticed a strange man on the roof of one of the houses and called rescuers. They tried to convince the intruder to go down, but he decided to escape by wire. Deftly clinging, he was able to cover a short distance, but at some point he flew down. The man died before the ambulance arrived.
