On February 21, 2023, at approximately 7:20 a.m., a 50-year-old Korean worker died after falling from a height of 5.6 meters at an electricity supply facility power tunnel construction site in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, constructed by a Korean company. The cause of the accident was determined to be that the worker, a subcontractor, fell while removing a cover from an opening while preparing for steel reinforcement work on a vertical power tunnel slab. The labor authorities have ordered a work stoppage at the site and are investigating the cause of the accident.
People who work in the field usually know that there's a hole under the plywood.
I assume that the accident was caused unconsciously without looking down.
What gave me goosebumps when I watched this video was that I saw a person fall, but I still work

No real sense of urgency, is there?

Would you like them to run around throwing their arms up in the air? The only urgency there should be is calling/contacting appropriate entities.

Weird. What'd he think would happen when he stepped forward?
