It's similar to how people upload the video of the woman convicted of murdering her two children being executed and title it "11 year old girl murdered because her hijab was wrong according to her 84-year old husband"...there's a lot of agenda-driven misinformation vying for your attention. Most people aren't as bright as you sadly, and don't even question it - whereas a simple watch of the video shows there's functionally no way that video depicts a death.
