These hunters usually make these videos for views. Most of the time the pedo gets away with the law because they didn't coordinate with the police. There's all sorts of legal hurdles to go through in order to prosecute

Depends on the jurisdiction, where it happens, like country or state, and how the laws differ. There's many pedo catchers in the States here that get convictions. But if they're in a state where it has to be coordinated with police it's much harder. There are many though that can still give the evidence to detectives and they can pursue charges and convictions.
