NAXALT fallacy. Just because you can find exceptions to the rule doesn't mean the rule is invalid. Men are better equipped at dealing with violence than women both physically and psychologically. Instances where female officers performed well or where male officers failed to perform do not change that. The vast majority of women don't have any business working in law enforcement, at least in positions where they will face violence. If you can't accept this, you're a child who can't put aside his ideals for the sake of reducing overall harm. To be fair, most people don't belong in law enforcement but pretending that your typical female officer is equivalent to your typical male officer is a bald faced lie. Failing to address that lie will get people killed or injured, whether that's victims of crime or officers themselves.

It should come down to the individual. Don't hire average women, sure. Why not hire strong fast and intelligent women? They do exist, and they can do shit that most men can't. But maybe that depends on your standards, if you expect the worst cop to be better than the best woman, then you are fucking retarded, because every city would have like 3 cops in it.
