That's it?! They didn't cut any fingers or limbs off, they didn't disfigure his face?! This isn't justice, this isn't even satisfying. Run a red hot fire poker up his ass, scalp him, cut all his fingers off, then hands, then arms below elbows, then shoulders - repeat on legs. Get tourniquets so he doesn't die too fast.
