That guy is probably homeless and that dude literally just moved his entire net worth like it was nothing. Was the scumbag wrong for punting grandpas head? Yeah for sure. The dude looks like he worked there and he probably saw this homeless guy and figured he could exert his authority. Dudes in his mid to late 50s and he works at a grocery store so he probably has a lot of... isssues. He probably wanted to throw his weight around to make him feel better about himself. He could have been a nice guy and said be quick you can keep it inside but no. This is the definition of fuck around and find out.

This! I see way too many civilized people trying to play police. Probably because they lack authority somewhere else in their lives. Maybe the dude didn't have a bicycle lock. Up until that old man intervened, everything was calm. Had to make a problem out of a peaceful situation. Did the guy overreact? Yes. But he was probably in withdrawal or on drugs and lacked impulse regulation.
