I hope that the victim has adequate Legal Counsel. This is clearly an assault of which damages CAN BE litigated.
Also, NEVER record a crime you're committing.
It gives Police and Prosecutors EVERYTHING they need to ensure victory and provides the certainty of prosecution which will tie the hands of your defense team leaving them with absolutely ZERO leverage when it comes to sentencing.
In other words, no plea deal will be offered because they DON'T NEED a "no contest" confession.
You've basically WON the Prosecution's case
for them before you even get to trial.
The video recording COMPLETELY erases any chance of reasonable doubt and accelerates
"due process" so fast that it's a joke.
