Ooh, I think that there's actually a different one. It's clearly the same type of incident, which happen all too frequently by all appearances ('coz, oh boy, don't they have a hard-on for stupid "honour killings" of the womens over there), but it looks like a different fella/place.

Here, for comparison purposes... the upper guy in this pic is who the article you've linked is about; guy below is from the OP in this thread. It doesn't look like the same incident (again, probably similar circumstances, just different event). :)
