If my memory is correct, I believe this was thief that was shot during an attempted robbery. I have no idea which site I saw it on first years ago, possibly YNC or DR.

It stuck with me because I could never tell where he was struck. It looks like he's hemorrhaging into his stomach/oesophagus and as it fills up he has to move forward to eliminate the blood so he can breathe. Every time he does this he becomes weaker until the point he can't move and he begins to drown on his own blood. I wonder what his last thoughts were of. If he knew he could only exude so much blood before dying. Maybe he thought everything was totally fine. Either way it's not a pleasant way to go.
