..I dunno man, I've kinda seen a bit much of the medical field in here and the longer I've seen em.. the more I believe that injuries like these and shit can be fixed pronto by the people inside of such field.
But yes, taking logic to the ballpark - he most likely be dead. I mean, the fucking steel through his face is already convincing enough - that's all I had to say about this for now.
