The stunt-gone-wrong happened when the boozed-up pair climbed up to the top of SEC "Globe" shopping centre in Independence Square in the Ukrainian capital Kiev.
They let themselves fall down the sloped roof but picked up speed, shot off the end of the roof and landed heavily on stone steps.
Their idiotic antics were captured on film by one of the many onlookers.
Jamal Maslow, 17, broke his coccyx and is seen on the mobile phone footage standing up clearly in incredible pain and with a stain on his clothing after he wet himself.
His friend Jacob Simonenko Polyakov, 17, was even more badly hurt after landing on the steps and flipping backwards.
His head cracks on the floor with a sickening thud and is knocked out.
The pal behind the camera ran over to help Jacob and found the youngster lying motionless with blood streaming from his head.
