To be fair, maybe the guy filming had no medical skills, but it would be nice if he'd comforted the man. Even if he chose to film him regardless, to just leave him lying there without even trying to comfort him is pretty damn cold. I've seen videos of injured people where recording is happening, but the person with the camera is comforting them at the same time (these videos can also later be used as evidence if a criminal investigation ensues sometimes). I've never been in a situation like this, but I'd like to hope I'd comfort a person suffering this badly instead of whipping out a cell phone.
