well here's my logic. say that the US decides magically 'hey!, border agents now have the right to shoot to kill anybody crossing the border, ANYONE!', so say that law magically passes, the instant the first person is killed u'll see everybody stop trying to cross, imo anyways. it's not like 'oh theres 20k people crossing every day, that means u wanna kill 20k ppl daily' no that ignores the fact that when you kill the first couple the border crossings are gonna drop like crazy.
edit: also these ppl arent generally from morocco either, theyre from way shitter countries in the shittiest continent. so if you were to argue 'oh but the spanish r killing these ppl and they still try to cross', well i'd say thats because these african countries are insanely worse off than south american countries, so it's worth taking the risk to them, whereas it may not be the case for the latinos.
