I think she’s hitting the control panel as she spins. The one guy looks like he’s running for it and then she smashes into the panel and him. Things went off the rails lol

I don't know. I mean I have seen some stupid engineering mistakes, but I can't imagine the control panel, containing the E-Stop would be placed in the line of anything that could have gotten caught in the spool, let alone nothing that detects a sudden load, imbalance, tension break, etc on it.
