Gold certified Bobcat technician here. First off haha stupid people but looks like they have both lift cylinders removed and that black pole holding bobtach up. Slips out arms came down im sure the guy towards the wall under that trailing arm died as well.

I did see him moving after the accident tho after watching it again after reading your comment, and dude who didn't die ran to help him soon after the incident. Straight idiots, i had this video on my old phone and id show the new techs the dangers of not having a proper boom stop. Always reseal lifts cylinders one at a time never work without a boom stop.

Hard to tell but it looks like the safety bar wasn't present at all. Also the guy was toast from the jump but the other trying to lift the arms by lifting the cage, baby, what is you doing??
Edit: pretty positive that orange bar in the foreground laying on the floor is the safety bar which should have been placed on the cylinder which would have saved this guy's life.
