With how many videos of this I’ve seen, you’d think there’d be more safety precautions by now.

I'm not even surprised. Workers now adays are so brain dead. The time it took for them to turn off the machine though was so fucking slow.

love how they all scramble to find a way turn it off, its always with these machine deaths that nobody knows where the emergency stop is (if there's not one that's another issue) and they just start pressing random buttons in a panic.

This is China. They have safeproofs in case anyone tries to stop the spool or slow down the production. It just spins faster.

Working with spooling machines has to be the most dangerous job on earth.... i know people say deep sea fishing, mining, and saturation diving are the most dangerous but i think they are ignoring how many people die working with these damn spooling machines

This reminds me of a certain russian gentlemen we all are familiar with... Wild how many of these videos exist by now. Everytime I go near machines that spin in any way or form my brain goes into high alert mode. That's at least one advantage of this site. You start taking safety in working environments very seriously.

Everytime in these videos there is like a 1 sec moment for the person to realize what just happened and that they possibly made it out alive, then it sucks them right in!
