Can't help but wonder if this lady cares for herself or is in an aged care type situation. Sadly seen pics/footage of horrid neglect causing serious health problems such as this from those types of places, patients left in their overnight diapers for half the day as they are difficult to deal with and the staff have lost all patience with them so they get constantly neglected. Terrible infections left to fester to the point of needing amputations/surgery etc then nursing staff taking footage just like this to share with others to show how gross their jobs are :( My guess is the woman is not all there as not too many people would voluntarily allow footage like this to be taken of them.
