Okay so, I have two questions for anyone to help me out. One, why is the scalpel pierced through one of her organs? Was that the murder weapon or from the people conducting the autopsy? Two, why is there thread-like lines on the first and last picture where the large cut is, like strands of fabric almost? I hope what I'm saying is making sense— it looks like when you cut a potato sack or something.

1. They do that to show the path of the stab wound. A more professional facility would usually illustrate this with a metal rod instead of a scalpel.

2. The "threads" you're seeing are the result of dried blood. Blood dries and the volume lowers, creating cracks.
